All payments are securely processed through Shopify’s encrypted system.

2. Order Payment

  • Payment must be completed at checkout to confirm your order.

  • Orders will not ship until the payment is fully cleared.
  • Failed or flagged payments may cause delays or cancellations.

3. Pricing, Fees & Taxes

  • All prices are listed in USD.
  • Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout based on your address.
  • Prices may change without prior notice.

If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a technical error, Cowboy Chido may cancel that order and refund you.

4. Billing Information Accuracy

You agree to:

  • Provide current and accurate billing information
  • Update your information if anything changes

Incorrect details may delay or cancel your order.

5. Refunds & Store Credit

Refunds follow our official Return & Refund Policy:

  • Items returned within 30 days receive a refund to the original payment method, after inspection.
  • Items returned after 30 days qualify for store credit only.
  • Refunds typically take 3 to 5 business days, depending on your bank.
  • Refunds are issued after the returned item is received and approved.

6. Chargebacks & Disputes

If you notice an incorrect charge:

We handle billing issues quickly when contacted directly.

7. Fraud Prevention

We may require additional verification, such as:

  • Address confirmation
  • Identity verification

If verification is not completed, we may cancel and refund the order.

8. Failed Payments

If your payment fails:

  • The order will not be processed
  • You may retry with another valid payment method

Repeated failures may trigger fraud filters.
