At Cowboy Chido, we want you to feel confident when you shop with us. If something is not quite right, we are here to help make the return or exchange process simple and clear.

Return Guidelines and Process

If you need to return an item, the first step is to notify us by email.

  • Customers must contact us with details about the issue or reason for return.
  • Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will send you a prepaid return label.
  • After you receive the label, pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it back to us.

Please do not send any item back without receiving approval and the return label.

Return and Exchange Window

You may return or exchange an item within 30 days of purchase. Returns or exchanges requested after 30 days will only be eligible for store credit, not a refund.

Product Condition for Returns

To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be:

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • In original, undamaged packaging
  • With all original tags attached

Items that do not meet these requirements may be denied.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items marked as sale or clearance
  • Customized or personalized products

These items are final sale.

Exchanges

Exchanges are available for eligible items.

  • Store pickup is not offered.
  • Customers must follow the same process for returns by emailing us first.
  • Once approved, we will send a return label and process the exchange after receiving the item.

Refunds

Refunds are available for items returned within 30 days.
After we receive your returned item:

  1. The product will be inspected within 1 to 2 days.
  2. If approved, the refund will be processed immediately.
  3. Refunds typically appear in your original payment method within 3 to 5 days. (Timing may vary based on your bank’s processing speed.)

If the item is returned after 30 days, you will receive store credit instead of a refund.

Warranty and Defective Items

If you receive a defective item, we will replace it free of charge. Warranty periods cannot be tracked at this time, but defects reported upon arrival will be addressed quickly.

Please email us with photos of the defect so our team can assist you.

Damaged Items in Transit

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Please send us clear photos of the damaged product and packaging.
  • We will file a claim with the shipping carrier.
  • Once the claim is confirmed, you will be refunded for the full original amount or provided a replacement.

Order Cancellations

If an order is canceled after confirmation, we will notify you via email with all necessary details. Please note that cancellations are only possible before the order is shipped.

Changing Delivery Address

If you need to update your shipping address, email us as soon as possible.

  • Address changes can be made only before the order ships.
  • Once the package has left our fulfillment center, we can no longer modify the address.
