What does your product do, and how can it help the customer?

Our products celebrate the identity of Western and Hispanic cultures. Every piece reflects lifestyle, traditions, and pride. We bring classic Western style together with modern touches so customers can express who they are with confidence.

Do you offer free samples or free trials?

No, we do not offer free trials or samples at this time.

What materials are used in your products?

Our products are made with quality materials, including:

  • Cotton
  • Polyester
  • Faux Leather
  • Cow Leather (used in footwear)

What are the care instructions?

Clothing:

  • Machine wash normally
  • Tumble dry

Footwear:

  • Clean with a soft dry cloth for surface dirt
  • Use a lightly dampened cloth for dried mud
  • Do not soak boots, as water can damage the leather
  • Leather care and cleaning products will also be available in our store

Sizing & Fit

How do I choose the right size?

Most of our products run true to size. Some items include a detailed size chart for extra guidance. If you’re unsure, feel free to email us for sizing help.

Gift Cards, Store Credits & Discount Codes

How do I use gift cards, store credits, or coupon codes?

You can apply them during checkout for discounts. Just enter the code in the designated field before completing your order.

Stock & Availability

What if the product I want is out of stock?

If an item is out of stock, you can sign up for email notifications directly on the product page. We’ll let you know as soon as it’s restocked.

Shipping Information

Where do you ship?

We currently ship only within the United States.

How long does shipping take?

  • Orders are processed within 2 business days
  • Standard delivery: 2 to 5 business days

Express shipping is available at an extra cost

How are shipping rates calculated?

Rates depend on package weight, size, and destination. Exact cost is shown at checkout.

Do you offer free shipping?

Free shipping will be available above a certain order amount (to be announced soon).

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return window?

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase.

How do I start a return?

Email us to request a return. If approved, we will send you a prepaid return label.

What condition must the item be in?

Items must be:

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • Undamaged
  • In original packaging
  • With all tags attached

Are any items non-returnable?

Yes, these items are final sale:

  • Sale items
  • Customized products

Do you offer exchanges?

Yes, exchanges are available. Store pickup is not offered at this time.

Do you offer refunds?

Yes.

  • Refunds apply to items returned within 30 days
  • Items returned after 30 days receive store credit
  • Refunds usually appear in 3 to 5 days, depending on your bank

Inspection takes 1 to 2 days after we receive the item

What if my order arrives damaged or defective?

Email us photos right away.

  • Damaged during shipping: We file a carrier claim and refund you
  • Defective upon arrival: We replace it free of charge

Order Changes & Cancellations

Can I change my delivery address?

Yes, but only before the order ships. Email us immediately for address changes.

How will I be notified if my order is canceled?

All updates and notifications are sent to your email.
